All chemical reactions are either Oxidation Reduction Reactions (REDOX) or Not Oxidation Reduction Reactions (Non-REDOX).

All Non-REDOX are of the Ion Exchange Form of Reactions, such as:

1. Precipitation Reactions,
2. Neutralization Reactions
3. Gas-Forming Reactions

Oxidation-Reduction Reactions occur when covalent bonds are broken and new covalent bonds are formed.
